4-5 Inches Expected by Wednesday – Please Take Precautions Now!
POTENTIAL 4-5 INCHES EXPECTED IN WEDNESDAY! PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTIONS NOW!
From local meteorologist Jason Daniel Farhang:
A very similar pattern that’s eerily identical to the atmospheric conditions of December 2010. The big high pressure in Central Mexico pushing the atmospheric moisture right at Los Angeles,CA. The big low in the Gulf Of Alaska is becoming a pulley of sorts. The two deepening surface low pressure systems just about 435 miles northeast of Hawaii. The exact positioning for very heavy flooding rains for our region by Wednesday afternoon . This is indeed looking very significant this morning. At this point it’s becoming a perfect storm as this monster evolves even stronger and more aggressive.
I’m watching more dynamics feeding into this complex system in the next 12 – 24 hours. This system continues be watched very closely and is not taken lightly at all. Possibilities of significant impacts to
Southern CA is trending event.
Rainfall amounts least 5 inches or more for
Los Angeles County, Ventura County. No surprise here because this original modeling is coming now together with the atmospheric conditions. I’m going to be brutally honest this is developing very rapidly at this point in time. The final details will becoming coming a reality by Mid Tuesday afternoon about 3PM.
